About Program

DEEP for Refugees

CTC serves refugees who have fled war, violence, conflict or persecution. We partner with local churches connected to our programs and projects in the camps to provide basic support to refugees seeking a chance to begin life again. We mobilize and provide resources through churches to train members in vocational skills and support them to start small.

Problem Static

As at 31st 2023 the numbers for refugees and asylum seekers in Kenya were 588,724 according to UNHCR.

What We Do
  • Providing spiritual support, vocational training, and business starter kits to Sudanese, Somalis, Congolese, Rwandese and Burundians, in Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya
  • Providing basic discipleship and theological training to refugee pastors in the camp from Sudan, DRC, and Burundi, in Kakuma, Kenya.
  • Training Sunday school teachers and distributing Sunday school materials to the churches in the refugee camps.
